I came into the one on Capital Blvd. & Ms. Delaelah with her bubbly welcoming personality introduced me to a oatmeal bowel to die for! So appreciative and I truly love coming in for all the smiles of Ms. Jo and Mr. Jay as well. Can't go wrong with Tropical Smoothie Café !"
